What does Virtual Reflexology involve?
You will be sent a link to join a video call. Prior to your video call there maybe a consultation form for you to fill out which allows me to identify and understand the symptoms, pain or issues you are experiencing and what I can do tailor the session to suit your needs and help to ease those symptoms.
Once you are comfortable I will begin the practical element of the session and you’ll follow my techniques and mirror these on your own hand or face, I will be able to see you and can check your pressure and technique every step of the way as I guide you through a short Hand or Facial Reflexology sequence. It will also include relaxing elements, areas in which you can work on in your own time and it could end with a calming meditation with the aim to help you let go of any stress or worries.
Follow up sessions will include a short catch up of how you have been since our last session with continued support in tackling the issues your experiencing.
