I am a fully qualified Clinical Reflexologist, having graduated with the highest Reflexology qualification available in the UK (level 5) achieving Distinction from The Complementary Therapy School, a private training provider in the UK.
I am fully trained in Hand and Foot Reflexology including Chinese Acupressure, Fertility Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), Advanced Facial Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Ayurvedic Foot Massage, Thai Foot Massage, AromaReflex.
I always found myself naturally drawn to stimulating the feet or hands of myself or others to help with relaxation and relief of pain. Exploring this further, I discovered reflexology. I wanted to be trained to the highest level by the best and I continue to research and study further into reflexology with continual professional development courses. I am fascinated with reflexology and the link between the feet and existing problems in the body and the positive effects it can achieve.
Due to the stresses of modern-day life its crucial to take the time to look after yourself and to relax as much as possible. I believe that stress creates blockages and imbalances in the body which could lead onto health problems. By working the feet I detect these blockages and imbalances. I believe that through Reflexology equilibrium can be achieved.
