Cancellations:
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed or without enough notice given:
- Cancellations within 48 hrs will incur a 50% charge
- Any cancellations within 24hrs or no shows will result in no refund
Whilst delays can happen and sometimes you may be late for your appointment, to ensure that other patients are seen on time, please be aware that your session will end at the scheduled time, even if you are late.
